Question: What was the revenue received from air passenger duty at (a) the lower rate and (b) the higher rate on traffic in and out of Northern Ireland in 1995-96. - Inc fact that Customs estimate is (a) for the lower rate of £5, about £13 million and (b) for the higher rate of £10, less than £1 million.
