- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, what research he has (a) commissioned and (b) evaluated into the environmental benefits of adopting HCs as the standard refrigerants; and what alternative refrigerants to HFCs which produce lower greenhouse gas emissions and do not deplete the ozone layer Dept is currently evaluating.
