- Statement on the current status of the partnering arrangement between the Naval Recruiting and Training Agency and Flagship Training Limited. - Includes fact that following detailed negotiation between the agency and Flagship, agreement has been reached over the transfer to Flagship of the first and major phase of support service activities in the General, Administration and Training Support areas; and includes figures.
