- What consideration has been given to the Bicycle Association's official report for year ended 1988, & if in light of the increase in cycle imports from 600,000 in 1986 to 1,305,000 in 1988 to seek a review of the EEC duty-free provisions for underdeveloped or developing nations; & if there are plans to review China's developing nation status in view of changes in its industrial output.
