Mr. Fallon: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what data he has collated on the extent of the cross-subsidy of Parcelforce by Royal Mail in the financial years from 1994 to 1998. [85734] Mr. Ian McCartney: The losses incurred by Parcelforce in recent years have been covered by loans from the Group Centre.
