- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, what plans he has to fund research into using urea in diesel vehicles to reduce nitrogen emissions; what steps her Department is taking to back research into using urea in catalytic converters on diesel engines to reduce nitrogen emissions.
