- If, following agreement of EC Environment Ministers in Luxembourg on 9 June on use of catalytic converters in small cars from Dec 1992, DOE has made an assessment of the increased contribution to the greenhouse effect that will be caused by carbon dioxide & water vapour released in exhaust gases from UK-based cars, in period to year 2000. - (Holding answer 19 June 1989).
