To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what studies his Department has undertaken into the reduction of Scottish brigades from two to one.

Mr. Key: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what studies his Department has undertaken into the reduction of Scottish brigades from two to one. [160338] Mr. Spellar: There have been no studies undertaken by this Department into a reduction in the number of brigades in Scotland.
