- To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to his Answer of 23rd January 2001, 361 c569W, whether the technical details have now been finalised; and if he will announce the date upon which the contract is to begin. - The technical details have been finalised. The contract was signed on 6 March and is on schedule to commence as planned on 2 April 2001.
