To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, if he will list the levels of spending on (a) library services and (b) leisure services per head of population in (i) Staffordshire and (ii) each other county of England (1) in the current year and (2) in each of the last three years. - Ref to 8 February 2001 at 362 c684-8W.
