- What directions have been issued by Dept of Energy in terms of provisions of sections 7(4) & (5) of the Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971 in respect of provisions of Offshore Installations (Life Saving Appliances) Regulations 1977; to whom these directions were made; & to what offshore installations they relate. - Disproportionate cost.
