Answer: Mr. Carmichael: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs how much money has been spent on the New Home Energy Efficiency Scheme since its introduction, broken down by the different measures. [51977] Mr. Meacher: The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme, now marketed as the Warm Front Team, was launched on 1 June 2000.
