Further to the Written Answer by the Lord President on 8 July 2003 (651 c24WA) concerning the Belfast Education and Library Board, in view of the large Ulster Scots community in Belfast and the requirement in the Belfast Agreement for parity of esteem, why the board has no plans to form connections with Scotland.
