Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, what recent discussions she has had with (a) the Secretary of State for International Development, (b) the Chancellor of the Exchequer and (c) the Prime Minister about the reconstruction of Iraq. - (Holding answer 3 June 2003).
