- To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, what research his Department has commissioned to study the level of halon 1202 emissions to the atmosphere; what action his Department will take to encourage the international community to include halon 1202 in the list of chemicals controlled by the Montreal protocol - Inc figs on halon concentration level.
