Mr. Luke: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on Treasury incentives to facilitate innovation in industry. [184090] Mr. Boateng: The DTI's Innovation Report, published in December 2003, and the joint DTI-DfES- HMT "Science and innovation investment framework 2004-14", published alongside the Spending Review, set out the Government's framework to facilitate innovation in industry.
