Mr. Swayne: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what security clearance was given to civilians with expertise in infrastucture to enable them to attend military planning meetings, prior to the commencement of military operations in Iraq. [150224] Mr. Ingram: All civilians involved in planning for Operation Telic possessed security clearances appropriate to their level of access to information.
