Sir Menzies Campbell: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry which body is responsible for monitoring the volume and price of Iraqi oil exports; and if she will make a statement. [154549] Mr. Timms: UNSCR 1483 charges the International Advisory and Monitoring Board (IAMB) with, inter alia, auditing the sale of Iraqi oil.
