What are the purposes, roles and responsibilities, the sources of funding and the names and employers of the chairmen, directors and members of the following rail industry organisations: (a) Rail Safety Ltd; (b) Rail Industry Standards Strategy Committee; (c) Safety Advisory Board; and (d) system authorities, for example, Wheel-Rail Interface, together with the relationships between these organisations and with others in the industry.
