- What was result of survey of unroadworthy vehicles on garage forecourts carried out by the Director of Consumer & Environmental Services in the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough area in co-operation with DTp & DOT on 5, 11 & 12 Nov 1991; how many vehicles were found to be unroadworthy; & what amendments are required to road traffic legislation to curtail sale & supply of such unroadworthy vehicles. - Incls figures.
