To comment on the recent noise testing carried out by the RAF Institute of Community Health at Dr Ratcliffe's school, Steeple Aston; to publish results in Official Report; & in light of results of recent noise testing to issue instructions to prevent airplanes from RAF, Upper Heyford, taking off directly over Steeple Aston.
