Proceeding contribution from Viscount Simon (Labour) in the House of Lords on Monday, 17 October 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Road Safety Bill [HL].
Road Safety Bill [HL]
I wonder if I can help my noble friend. It is something that I have no knowledge of at all, but it may be relevant: if you have a body corporate with 5,000 cars or vehicles, would it not tend to concentrate the mind of the company secretary if he knew that he was going to have the points applied to his licence?
