Proceeding contribution from Earl Attlee (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 17 October 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Road Safety Bill [HL].
Road Safety Bill [HL]
I am very surprised to be shot down in flames on this amendment. I had hoped to have a little support for it. I will clearly have to think again and, subject to the usual caveat, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Clause 25 agreed to.
