My Lords, we are grateful to the noble and learned Lord the Lord Chancellor. We are content with the package of measures, particularly the increase to transparency. I join the noble Lord, Lord Lester, in his compliments to the noble Baroness, Lady Ashton, for her work to agree a consensus.
