My Lords, I thank the Minister for her reply. It is clear that later we shall discuss amendments tabled by the noble Lord, Lord Lester, and my noble friend Lady O’Cathain. So there is no purpose in saying anything other than that, at this stage, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
