Terrorism Bill
Anybody who is asked whether they agree with the detention of terrorists will answer, ββYes of course.ββ Our concern is not the detention of terrorists but the detention of people who are not terrorists. That is what will have an effect on the communities of which the right hon. Gentleman speaks.
