Proceeding contribution from Duke of Montrose (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 2 November 2005. It occurred during Committee proceeding and Debate on bill on Commons Bill [HL].
Commons Bill [HL]
I just want to give my backing to the point made by the noble Lord, Lord Williams, about the timing, which we went into yesterday. The Minister has kindly given us a little more of an indication today than he was able to do yesterday. We would still like to see a keener indication in the Bill on what the timing will be.
