Proceeding contribution from Lord Livsey of Talgarth (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 2 November 2005. It occurred during Committee proceeding and Debate on bill on Commons Bill [HL].
Commons Bill [HL]
I heard what the Minister and the noble Earl said. Some commons associations feel disadvantaged in the way some negotiations are carried out. However, at this point in the passage of the Bill, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
