Proceeding contribution from Lord Bach (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 2 November 2005. It occurred during Committee proceeding and Debate on bill on Commons Bill [HL].

Commons Bill [HL]

If I have not responded to the noble Earl, I apologise. Let me try to respond to the noble Baroness. I am advised that the rights of access are under the CROW Act, not under the Bill. So commons associations, commoners and owners must all comply with the CROW Act.
