Proceeding contribution from Lord Bach (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 2 November 2005. It occurred during Committee proceeding and Debate on bill on Commons Bill [HL].
Commons Bill [HL]
I am always open to suggestions, but I have to say that we think we have this provision right. That is not to stop Members of the Committee coming back and trying to persuade us otherwise. Of course, we are open for consultation and discussion at any time.
