Proceeding contribution from Lord Roberts of Conwy (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 24 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Transport (Wales) Bill.
Transport (Wales) Bill
Without going through all the amendments again, I assure the noble Lord that Amendment No. 1, which I moved, refers to line 4, concerning accessibility, which is in Clause 1, and Amendment No. 4 refers to line 13, which, again, is in Clause 1—the clause that relates to the general transport duty. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
