Proceeding contribution from Lord Livsey of Talgarth (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 18 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL].

Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL]

I believe that Amendment No. 12, which deals with the sharing of information and reciprocal arrangements, is most important. We support Amendment No. 12 and the other amendments that enable that to take place.
