Proceeding contribution from Lord Prys-Davies (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 18 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL].

Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL]

I want to indicate to the Committee that I wish to decouple my amendment from this group. I think that it would be more conveniently debated when we come to Amendment No. 81 because that would allow me to discuss another issue entirely separate from the one that my noble friend has eloquently addressed. I believe that it would be better if I were to come back to this amendment at a later stage.
