Proceeding contribution from Lord Evans of Temple Guiting (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 18 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL].
Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL]
The Welsh Children’s Commissioner does not have these powers either. This has been an interesting and quite lengthy discussion on a varied number of amendments. We will all wish to read carefully what has been said, but in the meantime, I ask the noble Lord to withdraw his amendment.
