Proceeding contribution from Lord Evans of Temple Guiting (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 18 October 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL].

Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL]

I have absolutely no information that I am not sharing with my colleagues here in this interesting discussion. I was trying to navigate myself tactfully around what is a very interesting matter. I thought my noble friend Lord Rowlands stated explicitly how things are and how they should be at the moment. I agree with what he said, and I am grateful to him for making such a clear statement.
