moved Amendment No. 32:"Page 2, line 3, after ““review”” insert ““and shall publish a report on””" The noble Lord said: The principle is already clearly with us. The Children’s Commissioner produces a report and the Ombudsman produces a report: I am certain the Minister will agree that the Commissioner for Older People in Wales should produce a report. I await the Minister’s response. I beg to move.
