Terrorism Bill
Are statements from religious scripture excluded? For example, an imam might be speaking in relation to oppressed people and quote from the Koran that, ““It is compulsory for you to fight to rescue those oppressed people””. Would such statements amount to encouragement when he is making reference to the Koran?
