Terrorism Bill
I thank the noble Baroness for giving way. I was not referring to the report at all. I was referring throughout to speeches made at Second Reading. I listened to and reread them all, and nobody supported this provision. I accept that the noble Lord, Lord Carlile of Berriew, referred to it in his report, but he certainly did not mention it at Second Reading.
