Terrorism Bill
Can my noble friend detail what evidence the Government have of encouragement among those involved in the criminal acts of 9/11 or 7/7? Were they impressionable minds who had been encouraged by glorification by others? The only person to be quoted when giving his statement in Rome said that it had nothing to do with religious glorification, but more to do with the war in Iraq and other international matters. Do the Government have any evidence on encouragement in relation to glorification?
