Proceeding contribution from Baroness Ramsay of Cartvale (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 13 December 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Terrorism Bill.
Terrorism Bill
I find quite outrageous what the noble and learned Lord, Lord Fraser, said about South Africa. This Government should not be compared to a South African apartheid regime, and our police force should not be compared to the South African police force which operated at the time to which he refers.
