moved Amendment No. 9:"Page 1, line 15, leave out subsection (3) and insert—" ““( ) For the purposes of this section, ““indirect encouragement”” comprises the making of a statement describing terrorism in such a way that the listener would infer that he should emulate it.”” The noble Lord said: My Lords, the House has already spoken to the amendment. It simply remains for me to move it and to test the opinion of the House. I beg to move. On Question, amendment agreed to. [Amendments Nos. 10 to 12 not moved.]
