moved Amendment No. 13:"Page 2, line 15, leave out from ““whether”” to ““relates”” and insert ““anything mentioned in those subsections””" The noble Baroness said: My Lords, I am grateful to the noble Lord, Lord Kingsland, for not moving his amendments. Government Amendment No. 13 is a technical amendment consequential on government Amendment No. 4, which your Lordships have already considered. I beg to move. On Question, amendment agreed to.
