moved Amendment No. 98:"Page 25, line 43, after first ““he”” insert ““knowingly or recklessly””" The noble Baroness said: My Lords, my noble friend’s Amendment No. 100, to leave out Clause 31, is grouped with my amendment. I look forward to hearing from him and I suspect that he will have some trenchant questions to ask the Minister about the need for this clause, particularly in view of the existing protections available in the Computer Misuse Act. When this week the Government published their new Police and Justice Bill—as if we needed another Home Office Bill; they rain down upon us—I noticed in passing that there is reference in the Bill—
