Proceeding contribution from Lord Brooke of Sutton Mandeville (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Monday, 6 February 2006. It occurred during Debate on bill on National Lottery Bill.

National Lottery Bill

My Lords, I was not in any way suggesting what was going to happen in this House; all I was saying was that the way the matter read was, ““The Bill will be as follows after Third Reading””, when it had clearly been written before Third Reading.
