moved Amendment No. 280:"Page 14, line 43, leave out ““principal””" The noble Baroness said: With Amendment No. 280 we turn once again to the important issue of biodiversity. I want to suggest to the Committee that while matters of the House are obviously interesting, those concerning biodiversity are extremely urgent to many outside this place.
