moved Amendment No. 294:"Page 57, line 30, at end insert—" ““(   )   When exercising powers in relation to any Group 1 or Group 2 offence, an inspector must have regard to any relevant code of practice issued by the Secretary of State.”” The noble Earl said: We now move into the realm of the wildlife inspectors. My amendment seeks to ensure that such inspectors would be subjected to a code of practice. When it comes to pesticides inspectors the Minister has already implied that a similar arrangement will be made, so I assume that he will carry out his commitment as far as concerns this amendment.
