Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill

If the mistake is mine, I can only apologise to the Committee, because I certainly did not want to go down an alley. I thought there was a definite link between the two. What I would like to do is reflect on what the Minister has said and perhaps we can have a discussion before Report. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
