Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill

I probably should accept that correction. Having said that, I do not think that it is by any means proved that levy boards have been particularly successful. The noble Baroness, Lady Miller of Chilthorne Domer, argued in favour of the Meat and Livestock Commission. Perhaps she has a case, although I am uncertain. I am not sure that this is the kind of way in which we should be legislating.
