Proceeding contribution from Lord Bach (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 28 February 2006. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill.
Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill
I know the noble Baroness accidentally forgot to mention Leicester, by far the most important of all the conurbations in the East Midlands. More seriously, I take her point that it is very important that RDAs are always reminded of their duties to rural and urban areas; I am sure they understand that.
