Natural Environment and Rural Communities Bill
My Lords, I am most grateful to the Minister for giving way. Perhaps it would be helpful to him to be asked another question while help is on its way. A point made several times to me is that there have recently been a disproportionate number of applications in Cheshire and Wiltshire. Is that the Government’s experience?
